A simple question of competence

If, as you claim, every error is reported the moment it occurs why are we still getting the same errors? Especially when nothing changes on our end, except the elevated blood pressure and anger levels when we go from playing the game we've been connected to for say 2 ours to error code hell? We all know that you wouldn't accept that level of competence from any other facet of your lives. so why do you people think it's ok to treat the people who pay you that way?
