They're going to wreck even more with the stat boost next week
-
They said the buff was slight. Maybe another 0.04%. Sorry but I just don't see it happening.
-
I hope so. I have a few tucked away in the vault begging me to play =)
-
Zero day dilemma with crowd control, glass half full, perfect balance. Mmmmmm
-
No chance
-
I still say buff a different archetype every reset until Destiny 2 the following week the buff would revert back to normal and something else would take it's place. The diversity in pvp solved and it would make players use whatever they could get there hands on instead of grinding for god rolls
-
Do you want my AR?
-
Aren't they just adding some range?
-
Not sure really how much of a range boost will affect them. I doubt they will go hog wild and add a ton of range, could be 3 meters which with a AR is not that much since they are normally have range of 20 to 50. And really range only comes into the equation on certain maps. With more range however it may allow you to pick stability perks over range. When you have to get 10 to 13 headshots for a kill, keeping the gun on target is more important than doming someone from across the map. I have a year 1 Vindicator with Crowd Control, High Caliber Rounds and Range Finder and on the smaller maps this thing rocks. On larger maps I do notice the fall off of dmg, but mostly at longer ranges the recoil causes me to miss a lot more. I may try to reroll this and get stability perks instead, but love those High Caliber Rounds and they flinch they now cause.
-
And I just -blam!-ing got tlaloc too
-
Been sitting on a god roll auto for a while now. High impact, range, and stability. Plus dmg perks.
-
More like, "prepare for the age of icebreaker camping, refusing to move". It's going to be sooooooooooo much fun
-
They will still suck and be the least used gun.
-
Been waiting for auto rifles to be on par with everything again since vanilla, but we've seen buffs and claims they'll be good again before, yet hand cannons and other weapons still win. The SUROS meta was the only meta I liked, and I wish it would come back, just buff pulse rifles this time without nerfing autos. I think that would've solved the issues we've had since vanilla (or come close to solving them)
-
If you don't play PvP, it's not an issue.
-
Especially SUROS Regime, I think. That gun rocked before the buffs kicked in.
-
Dream dream dream
-
My body is ready.
-
Unless the boost isn't for that auto rifle type. They did say they wanted Necro to be better afterall. But, that being said, if it boosts high impact types then my auto rifle is about to go Godzilla on everyone.
-
My Shadow Price is ready!
-
Dream on. ARs will remain/continue with a too slow TTK and given the camp playstyle that has emerged in this meta scouts paired with sidearms will continue to be the most user friendly loadout for the majority of players. I posted MIDA will reign supreme prior to the 2-5-02 patch debacle and guess what? I was right. Do I want ARs to be useable again? Hell yeah. Doesn't matter what I want. Bungie ultimately decides how you play the game and what guns you should use to be competitive. Grab a MIDA, get a wormwood that's the way Destiny PVP rolls.
-
Their age was year 1. A couple percent won't change things now. Every gun sucks now compared to year 1 when Destiny was actually fun and rewarding.
-
I think we'll see more scout / sidearm loadouts instead. Or hand cannon / Icebreaker.
-
I have not used any other primary then Genesis Chain on my Titan since the 1st week of RoI.
-
Every auto kill in the video was assisted by a grenade, or the opponent was a complete potato...... I didn't see any good 1v1s where it did that well.
-
Really wish you didnt post this. The less people that know autos are good, the better. I dont want anothef auto rifle nerf again. Let me enjoy my suros before its gone forever
-
Still prob not
