It does not need a buff.
Making it the meta would cause all fusions to be in the spotlight.
We don't want that. Seriously, we don't want that.
Choose a better (or worse) gun to buff. The Vex Mythoclast does not need changing. Especially how OP it was in year one. It's fine.
English
-
Just increase carried ammo, mag size, and a bump in stability
-
Increase stability and mag size, decrease the damage if need be
-
so buffing a gun makes it meta? umm u sound like a handcannon user

fusion user here too😃

-
I just want them to get rid of that Damn cone spread. That is what killed that weapon.
-
You can't argue that we shouldn't buff a gun just because it was broken in Year 1. It's not Year 1 anymore. It absolutely needs a buff; it's completely unusable.
-
I don't want fusions to be the meta, then I won't be special anymore. I'll just be that one guy using what everyone else uses.
-
Edited by JonahTalks: 3/23/2017 1:18:42 PMThen you would understand what it feels like to be someone who used no land and sidearms previously. Another example was I used Red Death/Messenger/Doctrine when TLW/Thorn meta was going on and then proceeded to get hate mail when the meta changed Pretty stinking annoying.
-
I've used the meta multiple times but I always drive myself to NOT use the meta. Where's the fun if your just using the same gun everyone else uses? There is no gun diversity at all when a meta exists and I hate it.
-
I mean, you'll always be special to me.
-
Have you used it? Kicks around like a damn horse.
-
Edited by TheTommieC: 3/23/2017 12:49:24 AMI've definitely used it. It does kick like a horse. Did you use it in year one? It doesn't need more stability. It'd render it OP as hell. Ride that bronco. 2.6k of your 8.5k fusion kills came from your Vex Mythoclast. Simmer down, meow.
-
I don't mind the stability. I just want the accuracy to be bumped up to auto rifle level (or slightly lesser). As of now, it's full of phantom bullets which can go anywhere in the circle crosshair. No point controlling the stability if the shot doesn't land where you aim it to go.
-
Edited by TheTommieC: 3/23/2017 8:50:37 PMI'd love a slight stability increase to Vex Mythoclast. It was such a unique weapon to begin with. I remember when I first saw someone with it, the beauty in design was uncanny to anything I had seen before. (Fifth Element, sort of saw it) I knew I had to have it. The beauty of exotics in year one. A slight increase in stability would vouch for a primary exotic being used more often.
I've definitely used it. It does kick like a horse. Did you use it in year one? It doesn't need more stability. It'd render it OP as hell
Lol vex was op due to its ability to get 56 in the mag and could melt in 4 shots. I doubt it getting more stability would make it op. Then again i havent used in forever since its on my psn and not my xbl account.
-
It's like a primary Pocket Infinity. To me, personally, the magazine size was justified.. Just like Pocket Infinity nerf, was justified. (And this is totally coming from a fusion rifle enthusiast!)

Edited by chickengoujohn93: 3/23/2017 1:04:16 AMYou seem to forget the balanced state is was in after the justifiable first nerf. Around the Dark Below you didn't hear one complaint about it. The nerf that ruined it was one massive oversight in a General Fusion Rifle nerf that they did not bother to address. Worst thing to ever happen to that weapon was being a Fusion Rifle.

Around The Dark Below, you didn't hear about it? -It definitely needed the nerf, badly. Massive oversight? -You mean to fusions in general?
-
Uh, no, it didn't need a nerf. It was perfectly competent, but not OP. You may have been the only one crying for it to be nerfed at the time lol
-
Edited by TheTommieC: 3/23/2017 1:45:42 AMYou have: 1827 Vex Mythoclast kills, with 20842 total fusion kills. I have: 5254 Vex Mythoclast kills, with 52909 total fusion kills. What were you saying again?
-
Ohhh I have almost 26000 kills with vex. It needs a stability buff and more in the mag.
-
You seem to be doing fine with it.
-
Lol good answer bud. You don't even have close to the time played I do, I guarantee it, so I bet I kno a lil more than you.
