I think it's stupid that the Black Hammer isn't coming back. I mean come on, there is an easy solution that could have been done if it was too powerful as they said. Black Hammer - Give it the nerfed White Nail Perk (Landing 3 Precision shots refill the magazine, ammo is pulled from reserve ammo), but also give the perk Increased Reserve ammo. Black Spindle - Give it the original White Nail Perk (Landing 3 Precision shots refill the magazine, ammo not pulled from Reserves) but give the perk Decreased Reserve ammo. There, problem solved Bungie. Black hammer works like Black Spindle does now, but with increased reserve ammo (since the ammo is pulled from reserve) while Black Spindle works how Black Hammer does now only with decreased reserve ammo (since the old White Nail Perk basically gave Inf Ammo).
