No. Keep matchmaking out of raids.
Raids are not strikes, they require communication and teamwork.
I can't imagine doing raids with AFK or No Mic Trolls just refusing to do anything to actually complete them.
Not to mention the amount of Newbs that have no idea how to do them is staggering.
