I am a year one player i have every exotic besides a year 3 ice breaker why? Because the drop rate is too low and you only get three chances every week. I have done every single sunrise bounty every week since it has been released. Yeah I get that it is RNG based and i have to get lucky but the drop rate is way too low. Simple solution make it so each Zavala bounty has a chance to drop it. I'm just tired of kids that started playing destiny at the release of rise of iron gloating they have ice breaker when you have year 1 players who have already had ice breaker without one. At least with the thorn bounty you had 4 chances on each character a week to get it.
