Soldiers in the reserves and national guard don't get 100% of their tuition covered. Your knowledge about the subject leaves much to be desired.
Free college doesn't mean shit anyway. Most people who get a degree don't get jobs in their pursued field and the ones that do can pay off their loans in 2-3 years.

Nope, pretty sure I have friends in just about every branch of the military who have gone to school for no cost.

I've served 3 years active duty in the army and I know how the bill works. If you don't serve at least 36 months consecutively then you aren't getting free tuition. It's that simple. Reserve and NG members are granted the MGIB-SR, which doesn't cover 100% tuition.
