So for the longest time since the exclusive items lady became the Eververse lady I lost the option to reclaim the Red Sparrow, even when the sparrow kosik came, the sparrow never showed up again so I assumed it was removed from the game in full... until today. My friend for the first time came over and played Destiny on my console, besides the expected game giving him some exclusives I have, he also unlocked the Red Sparrow! I have tried everything to make it show up again for me but even factory reseting the console has never made it appear. I can only assume that it has been registered to my account since before the Kiosk but for some reason bugged out to not give me the icon to recieve it. Can anything be done? Please?
