I need my level 40 boost from ROI and its nowhere to be found? how can i fix this

Hey DaffyCabbage956, Are you on the account that purchased Rise of Iron? Only the purchasing account will receive the Level 40 Spark of Light. If you are on the purchasing account, please try clearing your cache and restoring your licenses. Clear Cache: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 Restore Licenses: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If this doesn't work for you, either you've already received the Spark of Light and it was accidentally deleted or currently on one of your characters/in the vault, or your licenses aren't being properly registered and you'll need to contact Microsoft/Sony.
