I'm sure many of you already know this, but I was curious how the most recent nerf to Quick Draw works. What I mean by that, is previously (to my knowledge) QD as a perk on a weapon and QD as a skill within the subclass could not stack; whereas snapshot on a weapon and QD as a skill could. So my question is, does it stack now post patch? Also, snapshot seems to make very little if any ADS improvements when I run QD. Is that because by "improved handling" Bungie made the subclass perk more like snapshot than what Quick Draw was?
