Relic iron spawn
Issue: Relic iron spawned and is unable to be collected. Located in The Barrens (initial spawn area) north approximately 15 meters from the Cabal building towards the initial spawn point along the cliff. Leaving the area and returning and going to orbit did not resolve the issue

It's a single spawn point and not really worth fixing apparently; it's best to just ignore it and move on, and if it bothers you, go to orbit and fly back in; if it resets the spawn points, then it'll be elsewhere most likely (or right back where it was, yay RNG).
