How is it you used the right grammar the first time, but not the second?
How is it you used the right grammar the first time, but not the second?
You are supposed to put 'that' before 'you' in this sentence, and if I want to be really picky, You need to capitalize the 'you'.
-
I wrote that sentence in 5 seconds on a forum. This person is putting this on YouTube and even put a font on the video also spelling it wrong. If you want to be taken seriously, that is a problem. I would(and did) look at the link and think that the person who posted it was either not intelligent enough to notice it was incorrect, or too sloppy to care. It literally stopped me from clicking the link, and I'm sure that I'm not the only one. Also, I'm pretty sure that you would not ever capitalize "you" mid sentence, but please don't bother explaining that one because I just don't care.

I love destroying grammar -godwinslaw!-. Another one bites the dust.
-
Is it being a -godwinslaw!- to point out a glaring flaw? It's not like this was just some post on a forum. He put it on YouTube that way. I have not even once corrected someone's grammar on this forum before this, but I can't hold my tongue when someone's sloppy grammar is so front and center. If he wants to be taken seriously, fixing it is essential.
-
Therefore you should lead by example.

Whatever that means.

In this case, telling somebody to correct their grammar and not having perfect grammar yourself is strange, I'm telling you to lead by example by spelling sentences correctly.
-
Also, sentences are not spelled. Words are spelled. Good day.
-
In this case you did not spell a word wrong but your sentencing was incorrect.
-
But that's not what you said. Marking this one in the win column.
-
By definition, actually, I win. By claiming you won before I exclaim that I lose, you automatically concede. You are embarrasing yourself.
-
Well damn, I used a sharpee so it's gonna have to stay a "W".
-
gonna
I think you mean 'going to'?
-
No, I meant the acronym "gorillas of no named archipelago".
-
Then how come it wasn't capitalized?
-
It was, check your glasses.
-
Faulty bait.
-
Having trouble fishing?
-
Got you now, not one word was misspelled, so there!!!
-
Got you now, not one word was misspelled, so there you go!
Your knowledge of the english language is astonishing.
-
Ain't it?
-
Not a valid question in this context.
-
Sure you didn't mean, "That is not a valid question in this context"? Boom.
