hi i dont know where else to put this or how i can do anything for my situation.
Here's what happened i bought destiny the collection from a local gamesstop with Expansion 1 Expansion 2 The Taken King and Rise of Iron.
Now i thought it all came on the disk and i find out from my friend who just got it he had to put in a code we both bought it brand new and my case didnt have the code is there any way i can get another game stop wont help me they said they cant replace my game just because it didnt come with a code i dont know who i can talk to or how to reach anyone. can someone help me get a new code? or do i have to buy another brand new game?

As a former gamestop employee I know their return policy. They have to accept the game and give you a new copy with the code (so long as you purchased the game new and not preowned). Speak with the manager of the store and if they have an issue take it higher or to a different store

This is a matter for the retailer. By law if they sold you a new (not second hand) copy of the game and any codes needed to access dlc stated as included on the box they have to replace it. Make a pain of yourself they know the law but want to pass it off on someone else.

Yea, nothing anyone here can do for you. It's a Gamestop issue. If a rep won't help you, take it higher. You might have to call some head office or something.
