No access to Game content
Problem accessing my game content on my XB1. Keep getting msg "Problem reading game content " Already troubleshootingwith Xbox help desk. Nothing working. It's a digital game so confused. Works fine on my other consoles. All other games work great. Help!

5 RepliesAre you a part of the Alpha Insider program? If so, do a system/dashboard update and it should fix the problem. If that doesn't work, you will have to opt out of the program or wait for another patch. I believe they just pushed a patch though that should fix the problem.
