Make special ammo great again
What bungie have done to secondary's is when ever you die you lose your special ammo which I am 50\50 about I am happy to see a lot more primary's being used i'm not so happy that the best solution to it was to remove special ammo whenever you die why not just improve the primary's so that they are more affective and bring secondary's to there place I for one both love and hate this patch and hope that bungie do read this and hopefully get an idea.
If anyone wants to address hate to this post please don't as it won't do anything you will just make yourself out to look like a clown.

I agree. There should have been more logical solutions to reduce secondary ammo the to outright remove it after death. Plus like you said weak primaries could haven been buffed to be more competitive while slightly nerfing the most powerful legendary secondaries.

1 ReplyThe idea was to make it a primary meta. With an incoming nerf to sidearm ammo, life should be easier. I thought that if you died, one or two shots should be taken away.

agreed. Since day 1 I've run shotgun and scout rifle. Now that the ammo nerf has hit, I've had to switch to NLB and Wormwood since scout can't handle close range combat against the army of hand cannons and sidearms out there.

I say instead of completely losing the special ammo on death. Lose half of it and round down. In PvP, I'm a shot gunner. I love using a shotgun. I never use it now. I run either sniper or side arm. One of my favorite weapons in the game is dead. I think I've been killed by a fusion rifle or shotgun maybe 6 times since the patch. This is [b]NOT[/b] a good special fix.
