You guys talked about making primary weapons more relevant on stream countless times and even through other sources. I understood what you guys were trying to do with the most recent update to special no longer staying after death. I also understand that you thought this would promote a more interesting and diverse set of gameplay... sadly... all of these points ended up killing pvp gameplay... I've been playing crucible a whole lot today and EVERYTHING is being played passively... even Mayhem. I played mayhem and didn't once get to a score limit... played skirmish and again didn't reach the score limit. The play style is new, the guns are new, however, these are not good things right now. The play style is dominated by camping and waiting for the other team to make a mistake because they get bored and peek something. The "variety" of guns aren't very varied. :/ After playing trials last week and almost always running cap point rounds every game, not being able to find a game where someone didn't have No Land/Ice Breaker/any sidearm, or even finding games where they enemy team would literally try their hardest to avoid gunfights, I have to say the new PvP is less fun. Less variety/Less action/Less primary usage. Everything you guys didn't want to promote in this update got worse except for shotguns. However you guys already nerfed them and then proceeded to nerf ALL special weapons in the game. I've got countless hours in the game, play trials almost religiously, and i can say... this is the worst place I've ever seen destiny. I don't know if you guys play your own game or you have interns giving you guys ideas over there at bungie but whatevers happening, fix it. I'm almost positive that you guys can see the drop in the amount of players and time played after the recent update and all I have to say is "If it ain't broken, don't fix it"
