Cabal will invade the tower in the first cutscenes. Our vault and all our weapons will be lost in the invasion. We will lose our light in the process, meaning we go back to level 1. That's how they can explain all our gear and weapons disappearing while continuing the story. We will have a "new tower" some spot where we call home now. Maybe like a rebel base from Star Wars. Soon after...maybe in the first couple missions we will get our light back, except it will be changed a bit. Meaning our subclasses will still be the same but, have different perks and abilities. We will grind back up and fight the cabal. The first DLC will be Vex oriented. That's my guess from how bungie operates.
