Friend just bought vanilla Destiny from Amazon and the code says its already been redeemed

A friend of mine bought a digital copy of Destiny: Standard Edition for PS4. When he tried to redeem the code, it said it's already been redeemed. He said he contacted Amazon but they told him to talk to Bungie. Can anyone shed any light on this?

  • Hello. Your friend will have to contact the retailer about their exchange/returns program. Bungie does not provide replacement codes.

    • Amazon can tell your friend that they have to contact Bungie all they want to, but Amazon is the one charged with giving good working codes. As GoFund said, Bungie doesn't give out or deal with replacing used/expired/non-working codes. Your friend's -only- option is to talk with Amazon.
