I just turned in my Weekly Elite bounties as well as two exotics while I was equipped with all 400 light level gear, weapons, etc. However everything decoded to 368-371 level gear??? I was robbed for 2 exotic 400 light level and 2 legendary 400 light level items. Very uncool. I am still looking at screen with my light level at 368 when everything equipped is 400.
