Appended mag perk broken?
Have appended mag on my bonekrusher... When applied... No appended mag? Wtf do I really need gear that allows more heavy ammo?

Perks that alter magazine size do so by percentage. If your magazine is already small the percentage may end up being a number less than one, which to the game means zero. This happens most often on Handcannons and Snipers due to having the smallest magazines in their classes. If I remember correctly Krusher has a mag size like 25 or something so that might be what's wrong.
