So my maxed out character is gone ?
I turned my Xbox on just now and my character I've completed a ton of stuff on is just gone I had the full Siva set and a ton of progress and now I just have this crappy level 2 character I'd been playing for fun so wtf bungie ???!!! Please can someone help me with this I really don't want to have to remake a whole new character again please help

10 RepliesHello atomic zone. Unfortunately, once a character is missing from the character selection screen, it is permanently lost. Bungie is unable to manually tap into player accounts to provide the service of restoring deleted or otherwise lost character data. You can learn more here: https://www.bungie.net/en/help/article/12211 If you sense that somebody had unauthorized access to your account (which is usually the case), or in any case, it's highly recommended to take some security steps to protect your account credentials.
