Huh?
Red Death is a Pulse, Suros an AR. Of course they have different Perks. First: Suros only was used more when is was OP back at the beginning of the game. After its nerf, next to no one used it for nearly 2 years. Second: Red Death has a 1,5x Crit Multipier, Suros has 1,3x. Also, Focused Fire slowers the Rate of Fire. You cannot compare those too guns at all. Third: The only thing you can compare is the health after a kill. Red Death gives you health on every kill, Suros only on 1/4 or 1/5 kills. Either give Suros also health on every kill or reduce the chance for health on Red Death also. Only then you can give both guns the same health perk.

Edited by KushMcPiffinton: 2/20/2017 3:28:19 PMThe nature of the health perk is the same... and the crit multiplier between pulse rifles and ARs are incomparable. Thats like comparing the range or rate of fire between an AR and a Pulse, totally different between the two classes of weapons. And I don't believe 1.5 is correct. I think I was getting 24 or 26 body shots and 30 for headrest on a red death. Could be wrong tho, since my memory is foggy and I haven't used it since the update. I get what your saying with the health regeneration, but the nature of them is the same... gradual full health. What the suros makes up for in not a guaranteed regeneration it makes up for in addition damage at a slower rate of speed. The only reason people don't use Suros now is because bungie nerfed autos out of existence ( like how pulse rifles were year one, no1 used them, all my friends made fun of me for using a pulse rifle year one)
