Run strikes. Horde legendary and exotic engrams. Only decrypt legendary after level 365. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong about the rare level cap. It's been a while since I needed to pay attention to that.) Only decrypt exotics once you're level 385. When you decrypt engrams do it one at a time. Look to see what your lowest level gear is and decrypt that first. If it's higher than what you have on then switch or infuse before turning in the next engram. Only decrypt for gear that is lower than your current level. For example if your level is 360 and the lowest engram is for 370, wait to turn it in. Look for the gear that is holding you back. That's the one you need to wait for. In the example above you may have a ghost that's 340 and is holding you back. Hope this helps.
