No, Elder Scrolls is racist as heck. You have 9 races in Tamriel (not even counting goblins, dwemer, daedra, spriggams, etc.) And they are ALL racist and rude to each other. It's funny really.

I have no idea about those games but the Witcher has some hard core racism. Especially the 2nd game. Skyrim has a bit with the Nords but it's toned down
