Hey Bungie,
You did great on the special ammo part, you can get it at least once every life if you know where it spawns. And giving special ammo on sidearms even when you die or you run out is good because now people actually have a reason to use them. I'd much rather go up against a wormwood than a matador, thank you.
The clever dragon archetype nerf was also great, but now the weapon is literally unusable with its ridiculously small mag. Speaking of ridiculously small magazines, that truth nerf was just -blam!-ed. 1 in the mag? You coud've reduced the tracking, the velocity, the blast radius, but you bring it's mag down not to 2 (which woudve balanced the weapon out imo) but to 1. So why use truth for your exotic slot now, exotics where meant to be strong, especially if you were going to use your exotic slot on a heavy weapon which you could literally use only once or twice every game. So please bring truths mag up to at least 2, because now it's shit for everything.
Nerfing the hungering blade was also a dick move, blade already being one of the worst supers in the game anyway. See I think you confused overpowered with overused there bungie. Sunbreaker was already a buffed version of arcblade, you could get the upgrade where you can do that meelee while using hammers and whenever you killed someone with hammers you could run that perk which gives you health+shield. Also hammers could one shot blade but blade coudnt one shot hammers. So why the -blam!- nerf blade instead of hammers? I don't know bungie.
Skips on the other hand needed a nerf, but you just nerfed the exotic that gave you two. Skip grenades is the only -blam!-ing reason people use blade, so nerf those instead of the actual super.
Also the gunslinger subclass confuses me. So even with max strength you can't one shot people in the head with a throwing knife. I understand how guardians can take multiple bullets into their helmet (because the helmet protects their head from the bullets) but I'm pretty -blam!-ing sure if the knife goes through your helmet and into your skull you'd be pretty -blam!-ing dead. And it takes almost god like skill to get a throwing knife headshot anyway, so why shoudnt you be rewarded with a kill.
Also the grenades on the gunslinger are pretty awful, incendiary grenades only kill if the person your trying to kill with the nade is standing right on top of it. The tripmines only deal 198 which is really annoying when you put one somewhere near they're spawn and it just hitmarks them, also they're really buggy sometimes and don't blow up for like 3-5 seconds after you place them near an enemy. Please just make gunslinger a bit stronger with the abilities it has?
Actually speaking of nades, why weren't the sticky nades nerfed? They literally take so little skill and always guarantee a kill no matter if you get stuck even while wearing the ram which is supposed to give you more armour. I think they should only stick if they physically hit the guardian, not if they go somewhat next to him and just get pulled in onto the guardian.
Storm nerf was good, shit was op as -blam!-.
The auto buff was pretty nice, but the slow rate of fire pulses (eg. Parthian Shot) can beat any auto rifle in a 1v1 situation. So I think they needed a tiny bit bigger buff, because now they're better, but still not quite as good as pulses/handcannons.
Handcannon accuracy buff was good, now when you use a hand cannon your bullets don't randomly disappear, which is how it should be.
Shotty nerf was -blam!-ing fantastic I love you bungo, but snipers still need a small buff to reduce flinch plz.
Overall I'm loving this new patch, just a few little things didn't make sense like the truth and blade nerf.
Good job.
