What do you like?
I might be in the minority here, but I actually like the changes to Special ammo economy in the Crucible. It really encourages primary play and makes special weapons as situational as they're supposed to be. It also brings back that old feeling of fear whenever someone pops a super. The HCR and Pulse Rifle changes are also quite nice.
What do you hate?
I think the decision to nerf Truth's ammo capacity was, frankly, moronic. I saw not a single player ever complain about the weapon being too powerful, especially in regards to the magazine size. Truth is my Heavy of choice on my Titan for PvE and PvP alike, but now I simply can't justify it over Gjallarhorn or even a legendary. The health regeneration changes are also absolute nonsense. Effectively nobody complained about health regen outside of the playtest office. You've managed to render Bladedancer ineffective in PvE (particularly in the Wrath of the Machine), you've indirectly nerfed Voidwalkers, Strikers, Defenders, and Sunbreakers, and you've rendered Apotheosis Veil, THE RAM, Red Death, and one of the perks of SUROS Regime completely unusable in the vast majourity of circumstances, all because a few devs didn't like how Bladedancers worked. The Range reduction for Hand Cannons is also entirely unnecessary.
What do you think is good but could be better?
I'd have liked slightly more change to high RoF pulse rifles (maybe an impact reduction?), and a slightly stronger buff to weapons such as the GENESIS CHAIN.
What would you change?
To be frank, I'd reverse almost half of the changes in this patch.
