He puts "god is dead" as a tag. Foolish to think so, I'm afraid.
He puts "god is dead" as a tag. Foolish to think so, I'm afraid.
What are you afraid of?
-
Social anxiety so far. I'm counting my other fears... oh yeah! Large crowds, being put on the spot with everyone looking, and... that's about it.

I'm confused at the gesture, really. You or I have no great proof that god exists or not, why completely denounce the belief and its possibility? As humans, all we have ever done in science is theorize and observe and make a few "laws of science". Science, so far, doesn't explain much either with its AMAZING theories. You don't need to believe those to be an atheist. An atheist is someone who is smart enough and goes by 'innocent until proven guilty'
-
Atheist is the belief that there is no God. Agnostic is when you want to see evidence of a God to believe in it.
Atheist is the belief that there is no God. Agnostic is when you want to see evidence of a God to believe in it.
So what does the term agnostic-atheist mean? If not someone open to evidence but sees none wnd doesnt believe

Sure they are similar, but they are also completely different.
-
That is an agnostic atheist. A full-on atheist probably would do their best to deny God even if they saw God's face.
-
That's not a definition
-
I didn't say you couldn't pick a side, I'm just saying if your mind is open to a horizon of theories and beliefs, than why put "GodisDead" as a tag?
-
Because I have a sense of humour, as bad as it is.
-
Oh. My sense of humor consists of sarcasm and dark humor.
-
It obviously doesn't
-
Well, I can't say you're right. I was simply pointing the tag out since no one else had, then it became a debate, which I decided to take seriously.
-
You can say I'm right

What you failed to end the conversation with is proper grammar.
-
It's punctuation.

Which is a component of proper grammar, no?
