TLDRwhere do you draw the line on being a cheap lil kid or actually having skill?
Games over the years have been upgraded and seen massive changes from what most of us grew up with. now this can be seen in two spectrums.
Quality over quantity and Skill over quality
Now you're probably asking why would you classify games into These two....?
Its not the factor of these are what I see. but more of the factor of Gaming standards.
Now dont get me wrong , There can Of course be a quality game with incredible skill involved into it,
Look at a game released long ago, street fighter iv. now we'll look at this on two ways.
Skill quality
Now many see Street Fighter as a game where i can confidently say, many people have raged and quit.
This Is A positive thing to a few. I asked a friend of mine who had played Streetfighter in a few comps and he said this"There is an eminence in skill gaps. This weeds out any bad players from the gifted or skilled, which is why many players ive seen quit." Now this paints a picture for the game.
Lets see skill. Most players who quit the game never Expect to lose. This is proved by the fact Most games are,"bottle feed". this means the game holds the player's hand through a tutorial that explains everything In depth.
Now lets look at Street fighter, No tutorials. HIgh intense combat, Hard to execute Combos. and has Like i explained, a HIGH skill gap.
Now why do i bring up this topic, What makes a skilled player?
Now this idea Is not definite, because a game like CoD has "Kids" using "cheap" tactics.
Many people Slip on this concept. why would you not Use a cheap tactic to gain an advantage?
Thats where i conclude here. where do you draw the line on being a cheap lil kid or actually having skill?

If you can do well in a game, regardless of what cheap tactics the other team uses and how bad your team sucks, you are a skilled player
