New health regen perk change is great in pve
It gives you a chunk of health in PvE even with exposure on.
It gives you about half an inch of health with exposure on rather than doing nothing.
Your health regen isn't immediately stopped by being shot at by lots of ads, it's quite good.
But I can't say for crucible yet.
