No,
The Harmony were a "race" of Dragon like species.
who were enraged under the pretense that others had the same gods as them (this suggests that wish dragons and Worms are the same species)
Xivu Arath was enraged by the fact her realm was infiltrated by the Bishops, who were wish giving. This is similar to when the Guardians who also benefited from the patronage of the Traveler (Just like Harmony), infiltrated into Oryx's materialistic realm, where he kept on repeating how, "Let me will set you free", "Your Traveler's light won't reach here". They didn't see them as "Gods" in literal sense. Xivu Arath states that due to it being her newest confrontation of dragon-like organism who had similar powers to what the Deep had to offer, and enough much to infiltrate into her realm. Just like Oryx who had confronted the individuals who slayed his son.
Xivu Arath kills the wishful bishops, the "Gods" she had profound, she murdered while "The Worm our God laughs and laughs."
Why did she in fact slay her so-called new "Gods"?
The description of the Harmony as dragons and their usage of "dragon-wishes" may mean the Harmony were related taxonomically in some way to the Ahamkara, who appeared on Earth when the Traveler arrived. The Ahamkara's presence in relation to the Traveler strengthens the possibility. But are not similar to the Worms, as the Hunger they had provided was a physical & psychological debt on the shoulders who accepted the deal. The three sisters who were the same species who turned into "Gods" of different interests had slain each other many times. In comparison, if they (Ahamkara and Worm) are the same species, why hadn't they confronted each other yet? Why have the Ahamkara been left in a War-Torn System where they were hunted ti'll "supposedly" extinct?
While on the other hand, The Ahamkara or "wish-filling" dragons had only a psychological effect to their side of the deal but not in a major way. If they are the same species, the way they interact and work with their visitors would also be similar.
In this case, the Bishops of Ana-Harmony and the Ahamkara could in fact be a similar species.
Dude, we already had this debate
Yet you left the "debate" prematurely.

Why do you quote everything?

True I did forget to tell you I was through with the debate, didn't mean to be rude, sry. I felt like we had already covered all points we could make on that though and we clearly weren't dissuading each other at all
