Tarantella Buff?
"Take reduced Arc damage from minions of the darkness; Arc Grenades and Arc Blade recharge faster"
Both are barely noticeable (-3 charge on arcgrenades and -30 charge on Arcblade?) when compared to Electrostatic Mind, which even stacks, or artifacts like Skorri albeit you have to have your super for it.
This EXOTIC chest is extremely underwhelming when compared to Electrostatic Mind and Memory of Skorri.
What are your thoughts on this?

10 RepliesSuch a dumb post, the recharge rate is the same has simmering flames only you don't need your super charged to use it, and instead of an increase in melee it's an increase in super.

I think its great. Blade in 3 min and 30 seconds equals skorri

Why would you use anything else for pve but that chest piece when using BD? Increased super cool down. Increased nade cool down. Increased arc burn defense. All in one perk. THEN increased armor when using an arc based sub class. If you're using this in pve, it's amazing. My answer is no.

If Arc Burn is on Heroic Strikes, You can even survive the Arc energy things from that Shank Strike where even a full armored Striker Titan can't even do. The reduction to arc weapons from Minions of the Darkness is simply amazing. Your super Charging as if you could get tier 6. Same with your nades.

The tarentella is the best exotic if you know how to build your stats around it.

4 RepliesAre you serious? Tarentella is one of the best blade dancer exotics in the game. Second only to MAYBE shibow's vow. If you are referring to it's PVE usefulness I cannot comment. But either way of the exotics that need to get buffed, this is not on the short list.

yep it needs a buff. i used it and i never notice a difference. so i usually use the third eye helm instead. the new striker exotic gauntlets need to be reworked as well. it should recharge ur super if u kill alot of minions in pve with fist of havoc. like say u kill 5 or more minions u should almost have ur super recharged again. this wont affect pvp vecause u rarely ever kill that many people in pvp with FOH.

That exotic died a week after it came out. Yeah lets buff that. It should almost match the storm caller.

1 ReplyThe difference 3 seconds can make in a firefight when you need a clutch grenade is invaluable. I run a max discipline intellect titan, when you see a perfectly placed lightning grenade choke you out, its probably because i had just got it. And i dont even have any cooldown boosts

I agree. The difference in charge time is so minuscule it's nearly unnoticeable

I feel this way for all the tarantella armor pieces (helm/chest). I hope they bring something to make them better, because it's an aesthetic no other armor has
