Just got the last of the exotic class items for my Hunter. I decided to just try it on for kicks and the spawn animation didn't change when I respawned. Tossed that one and pulled my original Dead Orbit exotic out of the Vault and that one didn't work either. Thinking back on it it seems like a while since I've seen anyone with one of the faction spawn effects. How long has this been an issue?
