The only rewards from ib are from post game or the 4 weekly bounties. This has been this way since rise of iron released (with the exception of the once per character quest that introduced us to lady efrideet).

oh okay, that explains it, i used my new character first and got some rewards, then used my 2nd and reached rank 5 with no rewards. thanks bud
