Help! Can't get past character login screen

I get and error. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere. I've tried: deavitvating/reactivating the PS4. Changed my password. Changed network from LAN to wireless and wireless to LAN. Changed dns changed mtu setting and nothing. My internet is fine for any other online game, Psn is valid. I'm lost. Guardian down...
