I've been having same issue. Turning off PS3 so my only device was PS4 helped, it seemed the first time, but that isn't even working anymore. Even powered off PS4 twice allowing it to sit for while, still have 'lost permissions to access online multiplayer...etc'. Extremely frustrating.
