I miss the good old days of running things like red death or hopscotch pilgrim and being able to two burst people. They have a lower rate of fire, which means they should be doing enough damage to make them worth using. It shouldn't take three bursts to kill someone with these pulse rifles because you can do the same with a clever dragon or blind perdition. Having two burst pulses would change up the meta a little bit and I have some God rolled pulses that I would love to use in crucible.

I completely agree. I am not a top crucible player by any means but they need to make it so these powerful guns can only be obtained randomly. Like it was with hopscotch through strikes back in the day. If you want a gun to try and compete with the sweaties than grind and make it a low chance drop rate.

No, Mid impact pulses should stay a three burst. IMO, though some may disagree, It should be something along the lines of this: - lowest impact pulses 3 burst low armor guardians but not high armor unless a damage boosting perk is applied. - low impact pulses 3 burst low and high armor guardians but require a high-ish number of headshots. - mid impact pulses 3 burst low and high armor guardians much more consistently than low impacts and can two burst if two damage increasing perks are active (e.g. Crowd Control + Glass Half Full). - high impacts two burst but require near perfect precision unless a damage perk is applied.

The highest impact of pulses still two tap. If you get the vanguard one with CB and braces frame it's actually semi viable.

Nothing should two tap except Hawkmoon when the special bullets come up. This isn't COD. We don't want quarter second kill times. Triple tap is just fine.
