Wouldn't it be cool if this perk actually did something and I don't know, negated High Caliber Rounds? Would be pretty interesting.

This stat should be added/increased to low RoF/high impact weapons... It only makes sense.
-
It used to be somewhat better but was nerfed when the flinch was increased on snipers. Bungie logic
-
Oh, the dream.
-
But would you use a perk if it only negated HCR? Because if you make it just reduce flinch by the exact amount HCR does, it wouldn't even move when hit by other things.
-
Not so long ago people were saying how unflinching had to be nerfed because it worked to well. Now people say that unflinching don't work at all.
-
Bump.

Max stability and unflinching is a great combo idk what your talking about. If you have no stability then obviously unflinching is only going to do so much.... kind of like range finder on shotguns it only adds a foot of extra range.
-
It would have actually been useful after snipers getting more flinch, but the perk itself was nerfed so once again, no point in using it lmao.

Edited by RAIST5150: 1/16/2017 4:51:27 PMThink it was noted as something like a 15% reduction against a 25% progression on snipers in that patch's notes. IDK if there were any actual numbers ever posted for how much HCR enhances flinch, but with a 15% reduction from unflinching...it is in fact working to mitigate it. The problem is more likely the rate of fire you are getting hammered with. Some have noted on high rate of fire pulses it seems to only reduce full flinch time to just one less bullet...but it is still the same trigger pull cycle. So with/without HCR on those weapons, you can still get flinched just as quickly when your opponent is consistently sticking their shots.

It increases recenter speed. Doesn't actually reduce flinch

Unflinching should.... And frankly it should be an innate perk on all of Destiny's scout rifles. The gun class is borderline useless in Crucible anyway.

Agreed, bump
