Quit buying Bungie's lie. Xûr used to be able to sell the upgraded armor pieces and has six slots in the curio section of his inventory. There's no reason why he couldn't sell things because of an inventory limit. They screwed up and they don't want to come clean with it.

You honestly think that at least one year without really any changes to his curios that an error would just start happening? No. This week he had five slots this weekend, he used to have six. There's no reason why things shouldnt be sold.
