Rare Engram Max Light Level?
So I recently returned to Destiny after a long break, and I had to do alot of reading up to figure out what was going on, since so much has changed. After reading up I came to the conclusion that rare engrams maxed at 365 and legendary engrams maxed at 385, but I just got a blue engram at 368 so I am really confused. My plan was to only use rares until 365 and save my legendary engrams for above 365 but if rare engrams go even higher I should still hold on to my legendary engrams? Sorry if this question is confusing

Rare engrams decrypts at 365, the ones dropped in heroic strikes can drop upto 385 Legendaries decrypts upto 385 Factions and packages upto 390 Archons forge can drop class item and artifacts upto 400 Nightfall, iron banner, PvP shaxx bounty, zavala and trails gold tier bounty upto 400 Save Exotics until 400 light, decrypting at 399 is annoying or I just have bad RNG. I focused on my hunter gave him the higher light gear from others to level him faster.
