Besides a little uneven in the flavor of the weapon, it seems interesting. This has a similar ability to that PS exclusive sniper (I forget it's name) but works a bit better as a purely crowd control weapon and it's a primary so that gives it more usefulness
-
What do you mean by "uneven in the flavor of the weapon"? Like some parts of the weapon are interesting, and some aren't?
-
More like inconsistent. Like the weapon is called 'Bleeding Edge' but it's main exotic perk is a laser... And the weapon tag line is from Cayde and it really doesn't feel Vex-like (besides the laser bit which I really enjoy actually)
-
Oh! When I used the name "Bleeding Edge", I meant it in a surgical sense. Like precision.
-
Oohhh. Ok, I see what you were trying to go for. Still could use a change since, at face value, it doesn't evoke that idea. It more focuses on gore, blood, and guts. And I'm just stating my opinion in order to make it better, thematically atleast. I'm no game dev
-
Got any more ideas? I couldn't think of a good name or flavor text.
-
Well if you want to go with the surgical theme, I'd suggest changing the perk name to Laser Surgery and the weapon name, Artery Splicer or something relating to the heart. The flavor text can then remain the same
-
The reason I used "The Vex can eat their hearts out" is because the expression is used to show that you have something vastly superior to what the indicated subject in the expression has. In this case, the laser is much more powerful than a Slap Rifle. That's why I used this expression.
-
Alright, smart planning. Again, just my thoughts

I WAS stumped on a name that works. For the perk, too.
