Hi Bungie. When I equip the Memory of Felwinter artifact, the ability to mark enemies with the Keen Scout ability does not work. The Enhanced Tracker part of Keen Scout still works, it only affects the marking. No other abilities appear to be affected (except super related abilities of course). If I change to another ability and then back to Keen Scout, the marking works again. I have two video clips on my profile showing this behaviour.
