No silver
I've spent over 50$ dollars worth of silver and haven't gotten it yet

I did a test on this. Transaction goes through every time. Not a help for you but shows it isn't completely broken as players are making out.

Try logging into a character then switching characters, if that dosent work then make sure you bought for the right account if you have multiple accounts. also make sure you profile is set as main for your home Xbox/playstation, and not a buddies. For some reason that messes it up, ✌️️hope this helps.
