I had the same issue @astrological x, if you port forward one PS4, it will resolve the problem. Here is a link in wich you will find complete guides for nearly every router and how to port forward through its UI. I promise it's a lot easier than it sounds. Hope it works for you as it did for me, let us know! Port Fwd Guides: https://portforward.com/router.htm

Bump for later.

I'm on Xbox.
-
Same situation. It should still resolve it.

Make sure that you guys haven't established a static connection between you're console and the internet that could cause it could be blocking the other console from be able to play specific things with you!
-
Maybe try not using WI-FI? Hard line in. Your post screams bandwidth issues.
-
Destiny is the only game that does this.
-
destiny has greater requirements than the other games you are playing. There have been several posts in the networking forums for fixes . Check there you might find something that works for you. I.e. Proactive solution

Edited by Qiretha: 1/14/2017 11:44:40 AMTry going to the settings of your router and making sure Upnp is activated. The router should tell you on the bottom of it about where you can change the settings. And I'd also suggest powering both the console and the router down for 30 seconds and then rebooting them both, starting with the router.

The console and router thing worked, thanks you sexy beast.
-
I don't know how to access the router settings, destiny is the only game that does this crap, my brother and dad can play call of duty together just fine but when we try playing destiny together it doesn't work.
-
Either try looking on the Base of you router, or try doing some research about how to get to the settings.
