Ok original post was October, my ticket was sent November! Umm do the representatives at Bungie think I'm going to let money slide just because time gone buy!? I made a purchase, your company received my money, yet I still haven't received my purchase or a reasonable reply via call, email, etc. that there's anyone working on my compliant. If an individual makes a purchase - shouldn't they receive their transaction!? Otherwise wouldn't that be stealing on Bungie 's end?????

Ditto here. These useless bags of crap stole from me back in October during the Festival of the Cost. No help, no responses, no updates aside from the enteric "go f yourself" canned email they send when you enter the support ticket.
