I've been asking for days now but can someone PLEASE explain Memory of Felwinter...
This Artifact also removes any traits that are directly tied to a super, such as the Keen Scout perk on the Hunter Nightstalker Subclass.
How the heck is Mark Target tied to the super?
Why does the rest of the keen scout perk function (eg enhanced radar and faster movement while crouching) if it is indeed tied to the super?
Why does mark target sometimes work if it is indeed done on purpose?
Why does other perks in that tree continue to work (eg shade step)?
Why does Nightstalker seem to be the only subclass affected? It seems like it doesn't affect other non directly super related perks like shoulder charge, juggernaut or stalker for example.
My theory if you care
The artifact causes an unintended glitch to mark target but it's easier to act like that was purposeful rather than just fix something in the coding. It's a very inconsistent explanation that it's some how tied to the super when none of the other similar perks seem to be affected (that I'm aware of). It's just Bungie misinformation as usual.
Also my thread on the topic if anyone wants to weigh in
