Taken King CE Items
Update: I've since spoken with Microsoft, and they can't do anything on their end, so it is most definitely a Bungie problem. I am currently re-installing all 50gb of the game from scratch (ugggghhhhhhh...) so if that helps, I'll mention it here. I'm not too enthusiastic though.
Okay. I've searched everywhere for weeks to try and fix this and just get nowhere. On Xbox 360, i had the Taken King Collector's Edition. When i upgraded to Xbox One, i used the Collection Updgrade. Of course this came with the Standard version of TTK and not the Collector's, so i lost access to the exclusive shaders, etc. I am trying to get that content back. Restoring licenses didn't work. Uninstalling and reinstalling TTK didn't work. When i look up TTK in the Xbox Live marketplace, the CE doesn't exist. It DOES list two seperate entries for the exclusive content to download separately, but it says "Not available", not to download, not to purchase, nothing. So: how do i regain access to my CE Content?

6 RepliesThat content (for TTK collector edition) doesnt upgrade for free. The only way is to use them one xb1 is to buy license for xb1. https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/store/p/Destiny:-The-Taken-King---Digital-Collectors-Edition-Upgrade/BXK1SWF19TC3 make sure you are signed in to ms account. Should be around $20 if available.

4 RepliesHi, The only way for you to regain access to these items would be to purchase them for your Xbox one. The Taken King collectors edition items were available as a separate purchase from console stores. I'm unsure if it is still available however, that may be something you'll need to ask your console store customer support.
