I have a hunter with the full dawning armor set. With the Glowhoo shader in the game looks fantastic (Ps4). I went to show how my guardian to a friend through this app and the mid section of the armor, parts of the arms, the Cape, and legs are all black which are the parts that glow blue with the shader in the game. I see this as a minor issue, but something to look into.
