First off I tend to agree that shotguns don't need a damage nerf, rather you need to look more closely at primaries. I'm not going to try not to bore people with a long descriptive breakdown, rather a couple points I feel strongly about(I'll try to keep this short. 1. Most maps generally are a little too small for Scout rifles. A quicker ttk for the archetype would do well. 2. Remove bloom from hand cannons, I know you argue that ghost bullets don't exist, we know that is garbage, just fix them. Bloom has no business on hand cannons. 3. Remove the range perks from shotguns(except Universal Remote, and please fix Chaparone) and put them on Fusions. I know a lot of players are not fond of Fusion Rifles, but you created one of the most unique weapon type. A lot of players still use Plan C and I love using Pocket Infinity. Give Fusion Rifles a better roll of perks. I know there will always be a set meta throughout the games phases. I believe a few more changes could give us the balance we want.
