I personally believe the quickest route for the game to be considered balanced by Bungie Sandbox Personnel (BSP) is to bring shotgun dominance down to compensate for weaker primaries. I state the latter because it is more work and time consuming to reconfigure how multiple classes of weapons perform vs. re-configuring one weapon class. I believe its important to achieve a greater understanding about BSPs idea of what balance is in the greatest detail possible in the crucible, as there are what the community would consider unused weapon sub-classes and under used classes. So, I beg the question; what is the goal or goals, in the greatest detail possible, in balancing the various classes and sub classes of weapons in the game? This would help the community understand what it is you actually are aiming to do with balancing crucible weapon gameplay. Thank you for reading! I hope for a prompt and value producing reply!
