This is just my opinion on the current state of weapons.
1) Shotguns need a reduction in damage from far distance. I don't think a shotgun should put you at 1/3 of health from a pretty far distance. Other than that I think they're fine.
2) Reduce flinch on snipers or make the unflinching perk useful. If you don't want to buff the perk then just remove it from snipers since it's useless.
3) Remove/reduce bloom on hand cannons. It sucks hoping The Last Word will connect from close to medium range. Reduce the damage on the palindrome type of hand cannons from far range.
4) Buff slow/medium rate of fire pulse rifles. The fast rate of fire needs a range check. They shouldn't be competing against a scout rifle from across map. A slow or medium possibly so but not fast rate of fire.
I think that's about all for my input. Looking forward to seeing what changes you come up with.
